I am captain Huish Reed, was one of Gaddafi’s personal intelligence officers but now I work with Red Cross here in Libya, on the other hand, I want to inform you that I have in my possession the sum of Twenty Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$22,700.00,M) which I got from Muammar Gaddafi Libyan leader.

I deposited this money here with Red Cross in Benghazi Libya, informing them that I am making contact for the real owner of the (BOX) money and it is under my power to approve whoever comes forth for the box.

If you accept, I will transfer the money to you as the beneficiary because I am a uniformed person and I cannot be parading with such an amount of money so I need to present someone as the beneficiary.
